What’s up with people complaining about the way other people dress, especially when it’s cold outside.

“OMG This girl was wearing only a skirt and its -10C/14F outside.”

The only people that should be worrying about the way another person dresses is the person’s mother or father. “You are gonna catch a cold”, “Are you trying to show off your body in this cold weather” etc. etc.

Who cares? I’m not sure how this affects the person complaining.
